Job summary

Mr Sandwich, located at 996 Hay Street in Perth CBD, is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead a busy, high-volume café serving 300+ sales daily.

This hands-on role requires strong coffee skills, team leadership, superb customer service, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while coordinating staff and operations from opening to close. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Outstanding understanding of coffee and highly competent making coffee.

• Experience in food production and ordering.

Responsibilities

$75,000–$85,000 + monthly bonus

Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pm | 38–40 hours

Mr Sandwich 996 Hay Street is looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team.

We are a very busy, fast-paced café, doing 300+ sales a day as well as a growing outside catering business. This is a hands-on role and we need someone who is comfortable working under pressure and keeping a team organised during busy service.

You will need:

• - Outstanding understanding of coffee and highly competent making coffee
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills
• - Experience in food production and ordering
• - Strong organisation and time management
• - Ability to lead, train and manage a team
• - Reliable, punctual and able to work well under pressure
