Job summary

RSL LifeCare Retirement Village in Ballina is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our popular café, serving residents, families, staff, visitors and the wider community. This permanent role offers a chance to contribute to a vibrant retirement living community with a focus on hospitality, connection and customer experience.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach a small team, maintain high service and food safety standards, and drive sales while coordinating events and community

Qualifications

• Experience in a café, hospitality or food service environment.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our popular café at RSL LifeCare Retirement Village in Ballina

What You'll Do
