Job summary

RSL LifeCare Retirement Village in Ballina invites an experienced Café Manager to lead our popular café, serving residents, families and visitors. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach a small team, ensure outstanding service and food presentation, and drive café sales while maintaining food safety standards.

You’ll work in a vibrant, community-focused environment with a 5-day week, and a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover option.

Qualifications

• Experience in a café, hospitality or food service environment.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the café.
• Lead, coach and support a small café team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and presentation standards.

Do Manage the day-to-day operations of the café Lead, coach and support a small café team
