Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking an experienced Café Manager for our popular café at the Ballina retirement village. The role offers a permanent position within a vibrant community where hospitality and customer experience are at the core of what we do, serving residents, families, staff and visitors.

You will lead a small café team, manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, ensure food safety, and coordinate events and catering opportunities while supporting local marketing activities and

Qualifications

• Experience in a café, hospitality or food service environment.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements.
