LagardèreAWPL operates the Luma Café at Sunshine Coast Airport, where a Café Team Member is needed to deliver friendly service, prepare drinks and food, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced travel environment.

Ideal candidates bring café experience, RSA and Food Safety certificates, and a positive, presentable attitude. Availability for early mornings and evenings, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a café role; RSA and Food Safety certificates; well-groomed and presentable; valid working rights.
• Available for early mornings and nights including weekends.
• Ability to obtain Aviation Security ID Card.

The Role:

Great coffee and easy moments. Luma serves up barista‑made brews and elevated café favourites in a relaxed, modern setting – perfect for a quick stop or a slow catch‑up.

We’re looking for energetic Café Team Members to join our vibrant Luma Café at Sunshine Coast Airport. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment, and love serving up great coffee with a side of good vibes – this is your runway to something exciting!

• Store operates from 5:00AM until 8:00PM
• Mix of weekday and weekend availability highly desirable
• Know how to make barista made coffee!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
• Take orders, prepare food & beverages, and keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a café role (bonus especially if worked with coffee!)
• Valid RSA Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Well‑groomed & professionally presented
• A positive, “can‑do” attitude and love for customer interaction
• Reliable car/transport to the airport
• Availability to work a mixture of shifts early morning and late nights including weekends & holidays
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
