Job summary

LagardèreAWPL operates Bellissimo Café at Brisbane Airport and is seeking energetic Café Team Members. The role involves delivering friendly service, preparing coffee and light meals, and helping travellers with a cheerful, efficient experience.

Candidates should have café or customer service experience, a valid RSA, and a willingness to obtain a Food Safety certificate. Flexibility for early morning and late shifts, including weekends, is essential.

The Role:

Bellissimo Coffee store trades from 5am to 9:30pm, 7 days for coffee, juices, smoothies, light meals and everything you need for your home coffee needs, including our freshly roasted coffee beans. Come join the team of an award winning coffee roaster!

We’re looking for energetic Café Team Members to join our vibrant BellissimoCafé at Brisbane Airport. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, and love serving up great coffee with a side of good vibes – this is your runway to something exciting!

*Availability for 4:00AM starts OR 9:30PM finishes prioritised

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming approach

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a café or customer service role (bonus if you’ve worked with food & coffee!)
• Must have a valid RSA
• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to get one
• Well-groomed & professionally presented
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and love for customer interaction
• Must have car to easily get to the airport (trading hours often stretch longer than public transport)
• Availability to work a mixture of shifts early morning and late nights including weekends & holidays
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
