Restaurant Associates in Barton, ACT is seeking a full-time Barista/Café All-rounder to join our premium hospitality team. You will produce high-quality espresso drinks, deliver exceptional service, and ensure boardrooms are set up for events in a corporate environment.

Ideal candidates have proven café or corporate experience, excellent communication, and a strong work ethic. Weekend work is not required, with Monday to Friday day shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in café or corporate settings.
• Barista experience, knowledge and skills is essential.
• Excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic, pride in service, willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced team.
• Full time Australian working rights; Police Check may be required.

Full-time Barista/Cafe All-rounder

$29.84 per hour plus Superannuation

• Monday to Friday day shifts only, no weekends

THE POSITION

• Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee
• Delivering food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
• Ensuring that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion
• Liaise with team members to assess requirements for the day
• Working autonomously and confidently in providing premium corporate hospitality services
• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients

THE PERSON

• proven experience in café or corporate settings
• Barista experience, knowledge and skills is essential
• You’ll be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills
• You’ll have a strong work ethic, taking pride in the service, you provide – you’ll be willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
• Full time Australian working rights (Due to the setting of this environment the successful candidate will be required to obtain a National Police Check)
