Eurest, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Barista in the Sydney area. The role covers both Northmead and North Sydney sites, with regular hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm and options for full-time or part-time employment. You will deliver high-quality coffees and friendly service.

Qualifications

$27.98 + 25% Super

• Regular Monday to Friday hours from 7:00am – 3:00pm.

The Position:

• Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed
• Excellent communication, with great customer service skills.
• Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
• Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.

The Person:

• Barista experience
• Experience in a fast-paced café style setting
• Both a team player and able to work autonomously
• Outstanding grooming standards and personal presentation
• High standard of work ethics and reliability
