Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers/Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across multiple sites in Queensland. Earn $35.11 per hour with 11.5% superannuation, plus a $22 daily travel allowance and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver licence, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. Permanent positions may be offered after proven performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Container unloading
• Site clean-ups and final cleans
• General manual handling duties

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card

• Reliability and punctuality

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Work gloves
• High-visibility clothing
