Job summary

Diamond Quality Cabinets Pty Ltd in Mackay is seeking an experienced cabinet drafter to prepare accurate cabinetry drawings for residential and commercial projects, supporting the quoting process. You will work closely with estimators and production to ensure designs are buildable, cost-effective and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven drafting experience using Cabinet Vision cabinetry software.
• 3–5+ years of experience in cabinet fabrication and installation.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of cabinet construction methods and materials.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current driver’s licence and White Card.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and teamwork.

Job description

In this in-house, drafting-focused role, you will prepare accurate and practical cabinetry drawings for residential and commercial projects to support the quoting process. Working closely with estimators and production team, you'll help ensure designs are buildable, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations.

About you

Proven drafting experience using Cabinet Vision cabinetry software

3-5+ years of experience in cabinet fabrication and installation
