This part-time role (20-30 hours/week) in a remote setting (Philippines) focuses on candidate sourcing, post-placement processes, and client-candidate management, ensuring timely service and smooth workflows.

You will own the candidate journey, maintain an immaculate CRM, and resolve conflicts to protect client and candidate

Operating Hours: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) - 8am until 2pm business hours

Job Overview: As our Director transitions to focus exclusively on front-end sales and client consultations, and nanny interviews we are seeking a positive, experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to take 100% ownership of our candidate sourcing, post-placement ecosystem, client-candidate management, conflict resolutions, and daily workflows.

You will be the operational backbone and the protective shield of Mini Connections. Your primary mission is to seamlessly manage the entire journey of our clients and candidates once a placement has been made. You will manage candidate sourcing, client inquiries, maintain efficient and up-to-date database, and ensure that no client or candidate ever experiences a delay in service!

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Lifecycle & Pipeline Management
• Vetting Coordination: Oversee the onboarding funnel for new nanny applicants, ensuring all reference checks, Working with Children Checks, and safety clearances are thoroughly verified and uploaded into CRM.
• Professional Profile Creation: Create beautiful, client-ready candidate portfolios that present our talent in a highly polished, professional layout.
• Manatal Database Upkeep: Maintain an immaculate CRM at all times, ensuring candidate availabilities, tags, and compliance documents are 100%
