Qantas Group is seeking a seasoned leader to head a Cabin Crew Support team, providing critical admin and operational support to ensure safe, high-quality customer experiences. You will work closely with Base Coordinators and senior leaders to implement governance, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead three experienced Cabin Crew Support Consultants and collaborate on initiatives that enhance engagement, governance, and frontline support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in complex administrative, operational support or service delivery environments.
• Champion smarter ways of working using technology and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn insights into action.
• Pragmatic, adaptable leadership; know when to be hands-on and when to empower others.
• Experience with governance, compliance and policy-driven processes.
• Commitment to developing people, creating accountability and fostering a positive team culture.
• Ability to balance operational delivery, team engagement and continuous improvement.

• Partner with leaders to engage and support the Cabin Crew workforce.
