Job summary

J.P. Morgan Buyside Trading Services Relationship Manager in Australia is a Vice President role focused on retaining clients and growing organic revenue across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher required
• Basic understanding or experience with securities markets is necessary
• At least 8 years of experience in financial services with high-profile institutional clients
• Strong data handling and analytical capabilities
• Strong controls focus and team-player mentality
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word

Responsibilities

• Understand all contractual obligations for assigned clients and ensure program operates within parameters
• Collaborate with Securities Services partners and global teams on revenue opportunities and client coverage
• Understand and articulate Buy-side Trading Services product/technology roadmap
• Develop and execute an annual client strategy and calling plan with revenue focus
• Monitor market/regulatory developments and advise clients on impact and opportunities
• Act as escalation point for client delivery issues and coordinate resolution
• Engage with global trading and investment desks to identify opportunities for clients
• Collaborate with Margin Services and triparty product teams on client opportunities
• Coordinate with global teams on client program requirements and delivery
• Represent Trading Services to internal stakeholders
• Occasional travel may be required
