Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Melbourne is seeking a Vice President to partner with the Australasia Sales team and deepen client relationships across the region. The role emphasizes client servicing, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The successful candidate will report to the CRM team within MSIM, collaborating with Investment Teams, Legal & Compliance, and Senior Management to provide exceptional service across segregated mandates and multiple

Qualifications

Direct experience in managing client relationships within investment management or similar financial services.
Proven ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
Strong product knowledge across asset classes and investment vehicles.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, portfolio reviews and query resolution.
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of client requests.
Own and run client events and transition activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Support AML/KYC reviews and regulatory requirements with Compliance and Governance teams.
