The role requires 8+ years in corporate banking, strong credit expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field. You will partner with product teams to deliver tailored solutions in the Australian market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate banking with strong Australian sector exposure.
• Extensive knowledge of credit, funding, structured solutions, and risk management products.
• Experience structuring and executing leveraged loans in relation to M&A, IPOs, and related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage a portfolio of 25–30 ASX Top 300-listed clients.
• Formulate portfolio coverage strategy, segment focus, and product prioritisation for the Australian market.
• Develop and implement account plans, collaborating with product partners for cross-sell.
• Lead all credit-related work streams and secure approvals from governance committees.
• Identify client needs across financing, capital markets, risk management, treasury and securities services.
