LUX AUSTRALIA is an Australian technology services provider seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join the team. The role involves analysing business requirements, evaluating ICT systems and developing practical ICT solutions to support operations.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, identifying system limitations and collaborating with clients, management and technical teams to implement improvements across various platforms and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, ICT systems and software development processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and system documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and system testing.

• Analyse existing business processes and ICT systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Evaluate ICT systems and recommend technology solutions to address business needs.
• Prepare functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams and system documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into ICT solutions.
• Assess system functionality, integration requirements and proposed improvements to business applications.
• Participate in system testing, quality assurance and implementation of ICT solutions.
• Review implemented systems and recommend enhancements to improve performance and operational efficiency.

• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications and system documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, system testing and business analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with web applications, e-commerce platforms or digital technology solutions will be highly regarded.
