Job summary

AMP in Sydney is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Power Platform focus) to join our team on a permanent basis. The role supports and enhances SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications, collaborating with product owners, IT, and business stakeholders in a hybrid work setting at Barangaroo.

You’ll drive discovery, document requirements, and guide delivery from concept to implementation, with a focus on HR processes, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR/HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is required.
• Strong ability to elicit and document requirements and user stories.
• Experience working in an IT delivery environment with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with clients: facilitate workshops, map current-state processes, identify real problems.
• Redesign processes before automation to improve efficiency.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
• Build and maintain solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Work through integrations using APIs, REST services and client systems.
• Support delivery from discovery through testing, go-live and support; own workstreams.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to assets and templates.
