Job summary

ONE REC Global partners with a fast-growing Microsoft consultancy delivering high-quality business applications across Australia. We seek a Power Platform Consultant to join the team in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, collaborating with clients to translate needs into effective Power Platform solutions.

You will run requirements workshops, map processes and document business requirements, user stories and designs, guiding solutions from requirements through testing, deployment and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in business analysis or functional consulting on Microsoft business applications.
• Proven ability gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and user stories.
• Experience with business process mapping and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure integration desirable.
• Consulting experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through workshops with stakeholders and document functional specs.
• Map current business processes and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Job Description

ONE REC Global is partnering with a fast-growing Microsoft consultancy known for delivering high-quality business applications solutions to clients across Australia. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Power Platform Consultant to join their team in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. You will work closely with clients to understand how their business operates, then translate their needs into effective solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will run requirements workshops with stakeholders, analyse and map current business processes, and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You will document business and functional requirements, user stories and solution designs, and recommend the optimal system functionality to meet business goals. Working alongside technical teams, you will guide solutions from requirements through to testing, deployment and user adoption, ensuring they are scalable, secure and aligned with business objectives.

Your Skills: 3+ years experience in business analysis or functional consulting on Microsoft business applications Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and user stories

Business process mapping and process improvement experience Strong working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure integration desirable

Microsoft Certifications Consulting experience ideal About
