Job summary

Lite n' Easy is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology across our ICT team. You will gather requirements, analyze processes and deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and outcomes.

This role covers design, testing, implementation and ongoing support for a range of business applications. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business systems analysis, experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and Dynamics 365, plus strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience supporting and enhancing business applications.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS and business systems analysis.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to C#, VB.Net or similar Windows-based programming languages would be highly regarded.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI or Power Apps will be highly regarded.
• Finance industry or finance systems experience will be advantageous.

The Role

Reporting to the Applications Manager, this is a pivotal role within our ICT team where you'll combine your business analysis expertise with hands-on systems support and application development. As our IT Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse processes, support critical business applications and deliver technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business success. You'll play a key role in the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and functional design through to testing, implementation, support and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of systems and projects, collaborating with both technical teams and business users to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
