Reporting to the Operations Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and operational support across a busy and fast-paced, growing business.
Providing administrative support to the Business Support Lead, Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team and wider business.
Supporting procurement and financial administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing and supplier management.
Coordinating travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements.
Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to business enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining compliance records, operational documentation, stakeholder information and business databases.
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
You'll be a confident administrator who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and supporting a broad range of business activities.
To be successful, you'll bring:
3–5 years' experience in an administration role within an operational or blue-collar environment.
Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. (Must have)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work independently, show initiative and exercise sound judgement.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
