Job summary

Field Mining Services is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer - Receptionist to join our Paget team on maternity leave cover. This role requires a proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, be organised and flexible to support the office and wider team.

You will manage reception, board room presentations, deliveries, stationery, mail, purchase orders, uniforms, and admin support. Based in Paget, Monday to Friday with a monthly rostered day off, you’ll work with a collaborative mining

This role is to cover maternity leave and may lead to ongoing employment for the successful candidate. • Stationery orders
• Mail – incoming and outgoing
• Purchase orders
• Uniform ordering and management

• Assisting with staff functions
