Design Matters National is looking for a highly organised, technically confident and adaptable Business Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of the organisation. This is a varied role working closely with the CEO across administration, member and sponsor support, systems, communications, billing and events. You'll be working across multiple areas of the business, so this is not a role where every day or every task will look the same. We're looking for someone who is quick to learn, comfortable with technology and systems, able to work autonomously and willing to pitch in wherever needed. You don't need to know our industry or all of our systems from day one. We'll provide the training and context. What's more important is that you can understand what is being asked, learn how to do it and then take ownership of getting it done.
