WISE Employment Ltd on the Central Coast is hiring a Business Manager to lead a Workforce Australia (WFA) team. You will mentor WFA consultants, drive KPI results, and engage job seekers directly with tailored employment services.

The role requires strong problem solving, leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Competitive Not‑for‑Profit Salary Packaging is offered along with wellness days and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Have full Australian working rights.
• Hold a full Australian driver's license and have a vehicle.
• Be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
• Be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Demonstrate the WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset.
• Be willing to complete a pre-employment assessment.
• Have experience in the employment services industry.
• Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Have highly developed planning and coordination skills.
• Have negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills.
• Have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Be computer literate and able to track, report and interpret reports from WISE systems.

Responsabilités

• Managing all operational aspects of the business, including service delivery and contract management.
• Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve projected employment outcomes.
• Developing and managing budgets to forecast and deliver business performance.
• Developing networks and building relationships with businesses and the community to increase employment and training opportunities for customers.
• Establishing strategies to increase market awareness of WISE services.
