atWork Australia is seeking a Service Manager to lead a motivated team and drive performance across multiple locations in Australia. You will model our values, support employment services and coach staff to deliver excellent client outcomes.

The role requires strong KPI focus, stakeholder collaboration and commitment to our mission of connecting people with meaningful work. A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client facing role.
• Experience in management and leading a team.
• Demonstrated experience motivating employees and working with clients.
• Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
• Capable of working towards KPIs and placements that lead to sustainable employment.
• Belief in our purpose: to connect people and business so both can thrive.
• Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Ensure team KPIs and contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
• Establish clear direction for operations across locations.
• Develop a culture of performance across the business.
• Develop team capacity through leadership, coaching and mentoring.
• Provide monthly financial reporting and forecasting as directed.
• Be accountable to management for business risk, governance and financial performance.
• Foster a client-focused team delivering service excellence.
