WISE Employment on the Central Coast is seeking a Business Manager to lead a Workforce Australia team, train and mentor consultants, and drive employment outcomes for job seekers. You will engage directly with job seekers, manage budgets, and develop community and business networks to expand opportunities.

A passion for helping people and strong problem-solving skills are essential. You will guide the team toward KPIs, oversee service delivery, and contribute to strategic planning to grow WISE's

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team of employment services professionals
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in managing budgets and competing KPIs
• Ability to mentor and train staff to improve outcomes
• Experience engaging with employers and community partners
• Strong planning, reporting, and time-management skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to change
• Knowledge of reporting tools and basic data interpretation

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business unit, including service delivery and contract management
• Guide and mentor your team to achieve expected employment outcomes
• Develop and manage budgets to forecast and deliver business performance
• Build relationships with businesses and the community to increase opportunities for customers
• Establish strategies to raise market awareness of WISE services
