Reporting to the Project Office Team Lead, you'll provide administrative and governance support to multiple project managers, a Commercial Manager and the Project Director — acting as a central point of coordination across a small, busy team.
This role suits someone who thrives in a complex, matrixed environment, managing competing priorities across risk reporting, governance meetings, and vendor engagement. You'll act as secretariat for key governance forums, coordinate risk management reporting, and help establish administrative processes as new vendors come onboard — all while building strong, influential relationships with stakeholders across the project.
$94,396 - $99,396 (incl. Super), pro rata for the duration of this engagement
