Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Service Associate on the Business Insurance team. You’ll provide technical and service support to Client Advisors, assist with renewals, and maintain policy records across Sagitta and ImageRight systems.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida 2-20 license (or willingness to obtain), a college degree or equivalent, and 2+ years of commercial insurance experience. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Florida 2-20 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
• College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to organize electronic files on the document management system.

Responsibilities

• Remarket requests from clients and during renewal periods.
• Prepare renewal reviews and premium/loss summaries.
• Process change requests; maintain schedules of insurance and premium finance agreements.
• Prepare renewal exposure reviews and update applications with client information.
• Manage certificate holders and templates; maintain Sagitta policy details.
• Research risk management issues and assist with internal workflows.
• Receive and process claim reports as backup to Claims.
• Gather loss data to prepare detailed premium and loss summaries.
