Job summary

AU008 Marsh Advantage Insurance Pty Ltd is seeking a capable professional to join the Advantage team in Sydney. The role focuses on client servicing, policy administration, renewal processing and broking support for general insurance placements, with defined portfolio responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of general insurance broking experience and holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general insurance broking experience.
• Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) required.
• Tier 1 FSRA Compliance or QPIB status with NIBA or CIP equivalent through ANZIIF required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance broking principles, products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to Authorised Representatives and Advantage team members with client, insurer, and policy documentation.
• Assist in client service activities including client contact, portfolio administration, and liaising with underwriters and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor workflow tools and submit tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with Marsh Client Operations to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business outcomes.
• Manage client debtors alongside team members to maintain control of accounts payable and minimize bad debts.
