Nexgen is seeking an energetic sales professional to join our Brisbane team. You will attend warm, pre-qualified appointments and generate new business opportunities, presenting accurate proposals to customers and closing deals.

You will build strong relationships to drive repeat business, pursue growth opportunities, and represent the Nexgen brand in a high-energy, supportive team setting. This role offers clear earning potential and ongoing development opportunities.

Formación

• Previous on-road sales experience.
• A strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
• A current and valid driver's licence
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong customer service, problem-solving ability, and a solutions mindset.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with our Call Centre & Inbound Marketing Team, you will:

• Attend warm, pre-qualified appointments generated for you by our Inbound teams
• Generate your own new business appointments
• Present and close professional, accurate, customer-focused proposals
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities as an ambassador of the Nexgen brand
• Work within a positive, supportive, high-energy team environment
