Independent Locksmiths & Security is seeking a Business Development Manager to transition from locksmithing. You will work with new and existing clients to quote, manage, and deliver locksmithing projects, moving from fieldwork to client-facing management roles.

You do not need prior business development experience; strong locksmithing knowledge and a willingness to learn quoting, project management and sales are required. Join a supportive, experienced team in North Parramatta.

Responsibilities

• Attend sites to complete surveys and gather project information.
• Prepare quotes.
• Follow up quotes and convert opportunities into confirmed jobs.
• Project manage jobs through internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Work closely with operations, scheduling and service teams.
• Collaborate with three other experienced BDMs in the team.

About The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working with both new and existing clients to quote, manage, and deliver locksmithing project work. Your role will include:

• Attending sites to complete surveys and gather project information

• Preparing quotes

• Following up quotes and converting opportunities into confirmed jobs

• Project managing jobs through our internal systems

• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Working closely with our operations, scheduling, and service teams

• Working alongside three other experienced BDMs in the same role
