Job summary

Care Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Support Executive – Pharmacy to bolster our Pharmacy Sales team in Australia.

You will provide high-quality commercial, analytical and operational support to the Head of Pharmacy Channel and Account Management team, driving accurate customer plans and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales support, account support, commercial analysis, sales coordination or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills – confident working with complex spreadsheets, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting and data analysis.
• Power BI capability and confidence working with commercial data and reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience supporting multiple Account Managers and managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within pharmacy, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG is highly regarded.
• Exposure to major pharmacy or retail accounts would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day support to National Account Managers and National Business Managers across Pharmacy accounts.
• Maintaining sales trackers, customer reporting, promotional calendars and trade investment reporting.
• Preparing customer presentations, business reviews and sales materials.
• Coordinating promotional submissions, new line forms, pricing documentation and customer requirements.
• Supporting trade investment, promotional spend and Co-op expenditure tracking and reconciliation.
• Analysing sales and promotional data to identify trends, performance and account opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate customer pricing, account information and reporting tools.
• Working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Customer Service to keep customer activity moving.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting and efficiency.

About the role

Join a fast-paced consumer healthcare business and play a key role supporting our Pharmacy Sales team. Care Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced Sales Support Executive – Pharmacy to provide high-quality commercial, analytical and operational support to our Head of Pharmacy Channel and Account Management team. This is more than an administrative support role. You'll work closely with the sales team to help manage customer activity, analyse sales and promotional performance, maintain commercial reporting and ensure customer plans are executed accurately and on time.
