Job summary

Salexo Consulting in Sydney seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to own the NSW and Sydney territory, driving sales of medical imaging and X-ray solutions to private practices, radiology providers and healthcare groups.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification and product demonstrations to negotiation, installation and handover—while receiving strong technical and service support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Business Development Manager – Medical Imaging & X-Ray Solutions

We are looking for an experienced medical sales professional ready to take ownership of a Sydney and NSW territory and to begin confidential discussions with, around the creation of a brand new full time permanent position, representing an established supplier of medical imaging and X-ray technology.

The role will see you working with private practices, radiology providers, specialist clinics and healthcare groups, supplying diagnostic imaging systems, digital X-ray technology and integrated clinical solutions.

Your focus will be split between growing existing customer relationships and actively securing new business. You will manage the full sales process, from identifying an opportunity and delivering product demonstrations through to negotiation, installation and customer handover. You will receive excellent support from experienced technical, applications and service teams while still having a high level of autonomy across your territory.

About You

You will ideally be working within medical devices, diagnostic imaging, radiology equipment or another area of healthcare technology. You must be comfortable working with doctors, radiologists, practice managers and senior decision-makers through detailed, longer‑term sales processes.

You will work closely with an experienced leadership team and receive ongoing product, applications and technical training. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to move into senior sales, strategic account management or broader commercial positions.
