Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales.
• Background in IT solutions, SaaS, HR technology or enterprise software sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage complex sales cycles.
• Confident in cold calling, prospecting and building client relationships from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling into government, banking, utilities, telecoms or large corporates is highly regarded.
• Proactive, commercially driven and comfortable working autonomously.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
