Job summary

Job2Go Pty Ltd seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business and manage key client relationships from our Melbourne office. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into revenue while collaborating with the engineering and BIM teams to ensure client satisfaction.

With a base salary of $80,000 plus superannuation, you will report to the Director and work full-time in a permanent role, with no work-from-home option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering, architecture or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of business development or sales experience, ideally in construction, engineering, architecture or building services.
• Strong written and spoken English, and the confidence to make the first call.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new business including researching and approaching builders, developers, architects, and consultants.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals and industry research.
• Prepare clear proposals and quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals within margins.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and turn completed projects into repeat work and referrals.
• Represent the company at industry events and network with potential clients.
