As our BDM, you’ll drive growth with responsibilities including prospecting and lead management, engaging clients, onboarding new clients, account management, reporting, collaboration with marketing and supply chain, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines and convert leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead management to identify growth opportunities.
• Engaging clients through calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Client onboarding and coordinating internal teams for delivery.
• Account management and nurturing ongoing relationships.
• Weekly reporting on sales progress and pipeline status.
• Collaborating with marketing, supply chain and sales support.
• Budget management within allocated expense limits.
