Job summary

Hoban is seeking a passionate Relationship / Business Development Manager to drive growth in disability services, including support coordination, allied health and psychosocial recovery coaching in New South Wales.

You will engage with clients, identify opportunities, and manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract closure, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Relationship / Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive the continued growth and success of our services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored, person-centred solutions.
• Identifying Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and drive business growth from initial contact to contract closure.
• Pipeline Development: Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective networking, lead generation, and proposal development through a CRM.
• Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide clients with an exceptional experience.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation's sales and marketing strategy to drive business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: preferable within the disability or human services sector. Aged Care experience is a bonus.
• Client Relationship Management: A proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and growing business from existing portfolios. Cold calling will be needed.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the disability services sector, including funding models, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to translate client needs into tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Impact: A deep commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
