Job summary

BUSY Ability is seeking an Employment Support Consultant in Townsville to guide clients through personalised job pathways, help overcome barriers, and deliver skills workshops that boost confidence and capability.

You will deliver 1:1 coaching, assist clients in achieving job readiness, and work in a role that values empathy, structure and social impact in a full-time fixed-term position.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management, career coaching, or employment services.
• Strong people skills - empathetic, organized, and clear communicator.
• Valid Working with Children Check/Blue card with National Criminal check with no disclosable outcomes.

Love building people up? As an Employment Support Consultant, you’ll guide clients through personalised job pathways, help overcome barriers, and deliver workshops that boost confidence and capability. Your mission? Help them prepare, believe—and get hired.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until October 2030 with possibility of extension, based in our Aitkenvaleoffice. Working hours 8:30am-5pm in office, Monday to Friday.
