Job summary

Interactive is seeking a Manager Cyber Strategy & Risk to lead our cyber security consulting and GRC practice from Melbourne or Sydney. You will partner with customers to strengthen resilience, manage risk, and meet evolving regulatory obligations while mentoring a high-performing team.

You’ll shape strategic roadmaps, deliver multi-year security programs, and craft compelling proposals with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber security consulting engagements, ideally in an MSP or multi-customer environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to simplify complex security concepts for stakeholders.
• Experience delivering services in customer-facing roles, including crafting and delivering presentations.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF and/or Essential Eight.
• Certifications in CISSP, CISM or CRISC are desirable but not mandatory.

As our Manager Cyber Strategy & Risk, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and managing the strategic direction, operations, and growth of our cyber security consulting and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practice. You will partner with customers to strengthen their cyber resilience, manage risk, and meet evolving regulatory obligations. This role combines people leadership, customer engagement, strategic growth, and consulting delivery, making it an exciting opportunity for an experienced cyber security leader ready to shape the future of our cyber consulting services.

• Certifications in CISSP, CISM or CRISC are desirable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated thought leadership within the cyber security industry would also be highly beneficial.
