Salexo Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales across Sydney’s construction and industrial safety markets. You’ll be out on site visits, meeting clients and project teams, and will own the growth of your territory through proactive prospecting and strong relationship building.
You’ll represent hazard reduction and safety equipment, with training provided. This is a genuine field sales role offering a negotiable base salary, a company vehicle and a clear path for
Some sales roles keep you close to the office. This one puts you where the work is happening, across Sydney’s industrial sites, commercial projects and major construction jobs, building relationships and finding the next opportunity.
You’ll represent an Australian business supplying hazard reduction and industrial safety equipment. The territory is broad, and the focus is clear. Win new business, get to know the people behind upcoming projects and grow the patch through consistent, face-to-face sales work.
Most of your week will be spent out on the road. You’ll visit active projects, introduce the business to new customers and stay connected with project teams so you know what’s coming next. You’ll build a pipeline, follow up properly and turn good conversations into lasting customer relationships.
This is a genuine new-business role. You’ll have the freedom to plan your territory and take ownership of your results, with support from the team behind you.
You’ll represent hazard reduction and industrial safety equipment used across construction, commercial and industrial settings. You don’t need to arrive with product expertise. The business will train you and help you build confidence in the range.
You enjoy external sales and would rather be meeting customers than sitting behind a desk. You’re comfortable opening conversations, following up and earning trust over time. You take pride in building a territory and want to keep developing your career in sales.
Experience in sales is important. Backgrounds in construction, industrial supply, safety or project-based markets could be useful, but product knowledge isn’t essential.
The business is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just move into another sales seat. As you grow the territory and get to know the market, there’s genuine room to progress.
If you’re motivated by the freedom of field sales, the challenge of winning new customers and the satisfaction of seeing a territory grow, this role is worth a conversation.
