Business Development Manager – Commercial Cleaning & Facilities Management

Total Facility Group (TFG) is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing national business and take responsibility for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across the commercial cleaning, retail, specialised cleaning and facilities management sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven business development professional who understands the cleaning or facilities management industry and has a proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and win profitable contracts.

About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for developing and managing a strong pipeline of new business across the retail, commercial, industrial, logistics, warehousing and facilities management sectors.

The role will involve both proactive business development and managing formal tenders, RFPs and procurement processes. You will engage directly with procurement managers, facility managers, property managers and senior decision-makers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.

You will work closely with TFG's Operations, QHSE, Finance and Senior Management teams to ensure opportunities are commercially sound, operationally achievable and capable of being successfully mobilised.
