Job summary

EDT Global is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand the organisation across its care networks. The role involves building pipelines with hospitals, discharge planners and NDIS coordinators to secure referrals, and driving partnerships nationwide.

A strong background in healthcare sales and NDIS regulations is essential. The successful candidate will coordinate with intake teams to ensure rapid onboarding for complex care or high-needs clients, with remuneration including

• Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, pricing arrangements, Home Care Packages and a proven background in healthcare sales or community engagement.
• Previous strong track record as a BDM in the Healthcare Industry.

As a major Australian registered NDIS and Aged Care provider offering disability support, complex home care, community participation, and nursing services our client is a known and trusted organisation in the field.

• Salary Expectations: between $95,000 and $130,000 AUD base per annum (plus superannuation, travel allowances, and commission).
