Job summary

Bear Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the Perth market and manage key client relationships. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding market share, and driving performance across the real estate portfolio.

You will develop strategies, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver compelling proposals while monitoring KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BD position or a similar business development role.
• A valid WA Real Estate Registration.
• Proven track record of success in securing new clients and growing a property management portfolio.
• Strong understanding of the local Perth real estate market and the key drivers within the industry.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team.
