Job summary

Eightcap is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in France. The role focuses on acquiring clients, expanding IB and Affiliate networks, and delivering revenue growth across the French market.

You will build strategic partnerships and strengthen brand presence while reporting to the Head of Partners Europe. Ideal candidates bring a deep understanding of online trading (Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, crypto) and an established French financial services network.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support Eightcap’s growth by driving client acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion across the French market. This includes developing strategic partnerships, expanding our Introducing Broker (IB) and Affiliate network, acquiring high-value traders and strengthening our brand presence within the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies, combined with an established network within the French financial services and trading community, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in France, reporting into our Head of Partners, Europe.

• Strong understanding of the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships or sales within the financial services or online trading industry, with a demonstrable track record of acquiring clients and growing partner networks.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to assess partner performance, identify trends and develop new opportunities.
• Working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to marketing and distributing trading products and managing partner activity.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
