Stand out for this role — generate a tailored resume and cover letter in about a minute.
If you’ve spent time around construction projects, you already know one thing:
people on site are busy.
Project Managers don’t have time for fragmented suppliers, back-and-forth emails, or chasing five different vendors to get one thing done.
They need accountability and someone who can think a few steps ahead.
That’s exactly where this role sits.
This business delivers fully managed, turnkey project solutions across major construction projects.
Power, access, fit-outs, supporting services, all coordinated under one roof and delivered with a strong focus on execution.
They don’t operate like a traditional rental or supply business.
They operate like a project partner.
Their clients are Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, and their primary relationships are with Project Managers who value suppliers that reduce friction rather than create it.
This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role.
You’ll manage a structured sales cycle of 8–12 weeks, followed by projects that typically run 9–12 months.
The real value you bring happens before, during, and after the sale, by staying close to the project and thinking holistically about what the client actually needs to deliver on time.
You’ll approach sales more like project management: multiple moving parts, competing priorities, and constant communication.
You’ll succeed in this role if you understand how projects run, how decisions are made on site, and how time pressure changes the way people communicate.
Salary base up to $140K depending on experience + Super + Car + incentives.
