Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to lead a marquee $100M+ development on the Gold Coast, currently in ECI. You will own the full lifecycle, drive value engineering and commercial outcomes, and manage high-level stakeholder relationships with a trusted project team.

You will forecast budgets, oversee procurement, and ensure quality across all project phases. This is a strategic leadership role offering ownership and career progression within a strong tier-2 builder.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history delivering commercial fit-outs/refurbishments in tier 1/2 space.
• Advanced capability in managing construction programmes and sequencing trades to meet deadlines.
• Experience with industry-standard CM software such as Procore or Hammertech.

To lead their latest flagship project, they are appointing a high-caliber Project Manager to take charge of a marquee $100M+ Development currently in the ECI phase. Stepping into full project ownership, you will steer the entire lifecycle, driving value engineering, optimizing commercial outcomes, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and cultivating a high-performance site team.

The Role

• Project Manager joining a well established team delivering a $100m+ Development in the ECI stage.
• You will forecast and manage project budgets
• Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
• Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
• Procurement including scope of work & tender package.
• Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable and demonstrated history of successfully delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in the tier 1/2 space.
• Advanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and effectively sequencing trades to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in industry-standard construction management software (e.g., Procore, Hammertech, or equivalent platforms).
• A natural leadership ability to drive projects forward while establishing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• A relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
