Job description

We're partnering with one of Australia's most exciting hospitality technology scale-ups.

Fresh off a significant seed funding round, the business is entering its next phase of growth with a clear mission: become the platform of choice for hospitality venues across Australia and beyond. The opportunity ahead is enormous.

Thousands of venues still operate on outdated systems that create friction for customers, staff and operators every day. This company has built a modern platform that solves these problems better than anyone else in the market.

The result? Major venue groups are switching. Customers are becoming advocates. The market is paying attention.

Now they're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help accelerate that growth.

Why This Role Stands Out:
  • This isn't a role where you'll inherit a tired patch or spend your days chasing low-quality leads.
  • You'll be selling a product that customers genuinely get excited about.
  • You'll have direct access to the founders.
  • You'll influence strategy.
  • You'll work alongside a team that is winning.
  • And you'll be joining at a point where your impact will genuinely shape the future of the business.

If you're someone who loves building pipeline, opening doors, winning new logos and being part of something bigger than just hitting quota, you'll love this role.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Winning new business across hospitality venues and venue groups
  • Building relationships with owners, operators and senior decision-makers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Developing strategic partnerships across the hospitality ecosystem
  • Attending industry events and becoming a recognised face in the market
  • Working directly with founders and leadership on growth initiatives
  • Contributing ideas that help shape product, positioning and go-to-market strategy
Who Will Thrive Here? You're probably someone who:
  • Loves hunting and winning new business
  • Doesn't wait for leads to arrive in your inbox
  • Is naturally curious and commercially minded
  • Has grit, resilience and high standards
  • Wants to be surrounded by ambitious, high-performing people
  • Gets energy from being part of a business that is growing fast

Experience in SaaS, hospitality technology, POS, payments, venue technology or related industries would be highly advantageous.
