Job summary

HECSA is seeking a motivated sales professional to own the territory and drive growth across Australia’s aged care and disability sectors. You will proactively identify opportunities, develop accounts, and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

This field-based role includes interstate travel, flexibility, and a company vehicle or car allowance, with support from a collaborative team and an established market presence in the medical

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, ideally in the HealthCare sector.
• A strong track record of generating new business, building pipelines and closing sales.
• You enjoy selling and building valuable relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and capable of managing an autonomous territory.
• Willingness to travel throughout Australia and a current driver's licence.
