Job summary

Talent Flow is a fast-growing ServiceNow specialist consultancy with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. The role is a hybrid New Business Hunter and Account Manager, selling a complete ServiceNow offering from strategy and implementation through to AI enablement and managed support.

You will engage CIOs and IT leaders to scope, propose and close profitable engagements, with a delivery team behind you to deliver hands-on work and real value. Competitive OTE and uncapped commission apply.

Qualifications

• Proven record of winning new business selling ServiceNow services (consultative, multi-stakeholder).
• Comfortable selling on value and protecting margin.
• Self-driven with pipeline-building discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects.
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and negotiate deals.
• Work with architects and delivery leads to scope value-driven solutions.
• Structure deals to protect margin and grow existing accounts.
