You will collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine requirements, design customer journeys, and map AS-IS/TO-BE processes. You will lead workshops with vendors and ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to testing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst across the SDLC.
• Background in financial services, ideally superannuation/insurance/wealth/banking.
• Experience in uplifting processes.
