• Translate requirements into sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define traceability from requirements to test cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritise initiatives and resolve issues across streams.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear, sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create user stories and walkthrough these with business and technology teams.
• Support Senior BA and Business Owners in breaking Epics into stories and capturing acceptance criteria.
• Support Project Managers in planning and implementation of business and technical components.
• You will support developers and testers through the sprint cycle to achieve sprint goals and deliver value.
• Support delivery through definition, design, and testing phases ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases and quality outcomes.
• Prepare stakeholder communications, deliver demos and training, and assist with business procedure documentation.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to business case or lean canvas for future initiatives.
